Step by step instructions to use the file:

  1. Download the file and save to your computer (we recommend your desktop so you can easily find it.)
  2. Complete each record for your personal or business mailing list.
  3. Save file using YOUR personal or company name (e.g. "a1customers.xls") using the .xls extension.
  4. Upload the new file to River City Graphic Solutions. Do not email the file.
